Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, user engagement, and user retention across various channels, including social media, blog, webinars, and conferences.
- Create visually appealing and informative content, such as videos, infographics, and articles, that showcases CoCalc’s capabilities and value propositions within the computational science and mathematics community.
- Utilize the Adobe Suite and other creative tools to produce high-quality graphic designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to plan, promote, and execute content campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a CoCalc evangelist, presenting at academic conferences and industry events, leading workshops, and engaging with the community both virtually and in person.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI.
- Gather user feedback and foster an open dialogue with the community to guide product development and help prioritize new features.

- Demonstrated success in growing and managing online communities.
